Jackson Roberts is a lifelong entrepreneur and investor. Starting his first business when he was in high school. Once he left high school he started a career as a realtor while studying Finance at Dallas Baptist University. During those years in college Jackson started two more businesses focusing on bookkeeping and financial consulting for small businesses. Jack has also served on Real Estate fund Boards. Jack now works as the Founding Partner of Beta Capital Group, Host of Niche Finance Podcast, and owner of a M&A advisory company.

Jackson is in charge of examining and looking over every deal brought to the company and handling investor relations. He further interviews and runs background checks on any potential operators, making sure that Beta Capital only gets the best operators and deals

Tim Hendrix is a SMB President for a Teamshares portfolio company in Nashville, Tennessee. With a Master's in finance from Harvard University and a Bachelor's in supply chain management from Bellevue University, he specializes in early stage startup operations, organization building, and rapid business scaling.

He has served as a Senior Director at healthcare technology startup Truepill as they achieved unicorn status and assisted Tesla with their push to profitability with the Model 3 and Y electric vehicles. His interests include engineering, data and research analysis, financial markets, management consulting, operational efficiency, and process improvement. 

Recognized for presentation and public speaking excellence, Tim has appeared as a guest on podcasts, keynote lecture series, and educational fundraising events. He also provides mentorship and internships at Jennings A. Jones College of Business for entrepreneurs.
